Return & Refund Policy

At Ginny and Daughters, we take pride in creating luxurious, artisan-made pieces designed to bring comfort, beauty, and timeless elegance into your home. Each item is thoughtfully crafted by hand, and we want you to love your purchase as much as we do.

1. Return & Exchange Period

If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right, we are happy to offer flexibility for returns or exchanges within:

Online Orders: 30 days from the date of delivery.

In-Store Purchases: 30 days from the date of purchase

2. Refund Type: Store Credit Only

Please note that we do not offer cash, credit card, or original payment method refunds. * All approved returns will be issued in the form of Store Credit.

Store credit will be sent to you via email as a digital gift card code.

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase at Ginny and Daughters.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for store credit, your item must meet the following criteria:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gift cards.

Custom or personalized orders.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during specific clearance events.

5. Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or pattern:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability (as our items are made in small batches).

Exchanges must be for a product of equal or greater value (with the difference paid by the customer).

If the desired item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Since our products are hand-block printed, slight variations in color and pattern are a natural part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects. However, if you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing flaw or damage from shipping, please contact us at care@ginnyanddaughters.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue immediately.

7. How to Start a Return

 

Contact Us: Email our customer care team at care@ginnyanddaughters.com within the 30-day window.

Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and specific shipping instructions.

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your store credit code via email.
