Ginny & Daughters Return & Exchange Policy
At Ginny & Daughters, we take pride in creating luxurious, artisan-made pieces designed to bring comfort, beauty, and timeless elegance into your home. Each item is thoughtfully crafted, and we want you to love it as much as we do.
If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer you the flexibility to return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery for online orders and within 30 days of purchase for in store purchase, for store credit only.
Our Policy
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit.
• Exchanges may be made for another product of equal or greater value (with the difference paid by the customer).
Non-Returnable Items
• Final sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Contact our customer care team at care@ginnyanddaughters.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit or process your exchange.
Store Credit
• Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card code.
• Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
