Thank you for shopping at Ginny and Daughters. We are committed to delivering our handmade, artisan-crafted textiles to you as safely and efficiently as possible.

1. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200.

Standard Shipping: For orders under $200, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: Usually takes around 7 business days.

Global Delays: Please note that due to the ongoing state of the global pandemic, orders may occasionally arrive later than usual. We appreciate your patience as carriers navigate these challenges.

Support: If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us at care@ginnyanddaughters.com and we will immediately look into the details for you.

3. Processing Time

Since our items are made in small batches and handled with care, orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before being handed over to the carrier. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

4. International Shipping

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Ginny and Daughters is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
